Commercial Lending
Intermediaries

We are always very keen to talk with property professionals working in the commercial and residential property markets with a view to developing close working relationships to the mutual benefit of all parties

Since commencing our commercial lending activities in March 2002, we now have a current book balance in excess of £670m.

At the present time, the bulk of lending undertaken is on an investment scenario. In terms of pricing, we have been able to offer a combination of LIBOR and fixed rate facilities on a competitive pricing basis.

Turning to quality of security/assets, our focus has been on better quality secondary and prime quality assets.

Key factors are our speed of decision making and pragmatic approach to structuring lending proposals.

The Society is committed to the ongoing development of this area of business as a new and progressive entrant to the commercial lending market place. We are focussed upon reinforcing the successful working relationships we have built to date and also attracting new relationships.

Please view our Commercial Lending Criteria for an outline of our lending activities.
