Switch your mortgage deal
If your mortgage deal has come to an end, you can switch to a new deal that meets your needs and circumstances. You can select a new deal for either all of your mortgage, or parts of it.
If you undertake a transfer the mortgage will continue to be secured by the existing first charge mortgage over the property.
You're able to switch your mortgage deal on this website if:
- You pay for your mortgage by direct debit;
- You're not making any other changes to your mortgage (such as changing the term or repayment method); and
- You don't have a Shared Ownership mortgage.
If this isn't you, you can still switch by calling: 03451 96 83 20 between 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm Saturday.
